How do I?...Hook up two fans to the radiator? pic of radiator incl.

How do I setup dual fans? Is it simple as splicing/connecting them both to the stock line?

Will it still be able to cool efficiently?

Do I need something else???

BTW fans are two different sizes...due to running a topmount turbo and ran out of space on one side

Usually doesn't need more than 1 fan, but you should be able to hook both of them to the stock wires, like you said. That radiator is pretty sick.
