Hey guys, I just got my ShepTrans stage 2 transfer case and my FP RED on my car. The next weakest link is going to be the engine. I want to go ahead and build the head and the block, I was thinking the BR Stage 3 head and there custom 272 cams would be nice and maybe the Gruppe-S 2.3L Stroker kit.
How does this sound? I dont really know the quality of the Gruppe-S stuff but I am pretty trusting of Buschur.
I just want to build the engine to the point where I can rev it higher with slightly more boost, like 26-28 PSI. I need a higher rev range then 1k-7k, its not allowing the full potential of the Red to come out.
I am also burning oil really fast, it started when I put the RED on the car. I let it idle for about 2 minutes before I shut it off but I dont have a catch can. Is this just blow by from making as much boost as I am? Im around 370whp at 24psi w/o a tune
