I am having a some what same problem all my gears worked but when I put it in 3rd it would grind real bad so I took it to mitsu here in columbus ga and got my oil changed.. Well they changed the oil and said they would not look at trans because of aftermarket parts will I asked them to drain the trans fluid and see if any debrie came out now they say they can't get it to go into gear at all which is funny because I drove it there and they had to drive it onto the lift and off and it sat for a couple days and now it won't go into gear at all
I got corporate involved and they are working with me
Any ideas what it could be.

I talked to mitsu and they are payig for the labor to put the car back together. They took apart th tranny and said nothing is wrong with it and that it was the clutch but yet they ordered everything ti replace the 3rd gear shifting mech. I talked to the mechanic working on the car qand he said that the clutch looked worn down and the flywheel had some cracks and hot spots.

Also told me that if I went with another aftermarket and it didnt work they wouldnt pay to take it apart again and find out whats wrong with it if it didnt fix the problem but if i got an OEM they would. Like I said though they are paying for the labor to put the car back together again. Good frreind here on the site I am talking to said get a rebuild kit. Anyother ideas. I dont feel like spending 1600 bucks on another Exedy HD
