I installed an aftermarket electric fan and hooked it up to the fan controller. Does the fan controller have to be mounted to the fan, is there a sensor on it? My fans are not turning on and I tested both fans. I also checked the fuses and wiring. I mounted the fan controller near the battery.. Thanks
