Spec clutch 2+ Shifting Issues

Spec clutch 2+ Shifting Issues
I installed a spec stage 2+ clutch on my friends evo 9, and there has been some serious disengagement issues.
It sometimes has a difficult time coming out of the gear as if the clutch is still in. the issue is inconsistent but there isn’t any problems shifting into the gear. No high rpm shifts have been attempted yet.
The clutch line was bleed and there are no signs or fluid leaking from the master or slave cylinder. The pedal has not yet been adjusted, but there is more than enough pedal travel to were the clutch starts to engage.
Has anyone faced these issues? This is the first time I have installed a spec clutch.
