cooling system pressure

Does anyone know what the pressure is for the cooling system? I am trying to do a pressure test and can't find the pressure rating anywhere.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Rad cap is rated to 18-14 psi, min 12 psi.

Cooling system is rated to 23 psi for leak checking.
