motor help

need some advice/help please .... Yesterday I went to jump a truck at my work and happen to look down and i notice my crank pulley is moving from left to right a very noticeable amount. Showed my father he is like something isnt right here ..... made sure all the bolts were tight so that lead me to check the oil level and coolant. Oil is fine besides looking on the dark side for being 1500 miles old. Pulled the radiator cap off saw a few specs of black pulled the radiator over flow and its almost more oil then water. Took the car home drained the oil and there are small metal specs floating through the oil on the bottom of the pan . How screwed am I ? Thanks

The car

Evo 9 50k
gsc stg 1 cams put in around 20k
ets fmic / upgraded piping
full 3inch exhaust
22 psi of boost
tuned by mellon (safe tune) ddl numbers were 341/340 if i remember correct ....

When you go from on the gas to off the gas and vica versa do you feel any clunk or jerk?. Thats how I noticed my main bearings punching out for the day

sounds like more than one issue. the metal in the oil and the crank movement sounds like bearings. the oil in the coolant can be something else. whats your oil pressure at? what oil do you use? any misfiring?
