Exedy stage 2 clutch noise

I have an evo ix mr with the exedy twin plate clutch. When i take off in first gear, the clutch seems to make a weird noise. any ideas of what the reason could be? i would appreciate the help.

Fyi the exedy stage 2 is not a twin disk....its a 4 puck

I have it on my car 2 and its noisy specially in reverse.

Is it a stage 2 or twin plate clutch? Twin plates can be noisy if they were not aligned correctly...
