i have an evo 9 transmission with broken housing in my garage. i was wondering if is it hard to replace the housing? and where to get a new transmission housing? anyone know any place in Los angeles can do this?

yeah pretty easy, just make sure you remove the reverse idler before trying to seperate the halves
