Clutch hydro problem, I have tried everything. Need help!!

Ok I have installed a new oem transmission, new oem clutch and flywheel, New speedsource shifter bushings and speedsource stainless braided clutch line and today a new oem mitsu slave cyl.
I have the clutch adjusted properly via the "free air" method and it is not dragging and is spot on and I have also bled about 2 quarts of fluid through it via the instructions on Tre's website also I should mention that there is a full AMS poly motormount set installed.

Now here is the problem...

When I go to shift an high rpm's sometimes it will grind but will go in with just a little extra effort so it is not blocking me but when I push the clutch in and pump it The pedal will get real hard and very slow reacting but even when I don't pump it If I were to "side step" the clutch with the car off it comes back rather slow basically it is delayed by about 1 second which it should come back instantly.
So the problem is that it just reacts too slow and does not give the syncros time to slow the gear set down and I can't figure this out for the life of me.

I am sure it is not the clutch or the trans since I have replaced them both twice now and I am also sure it is in the clutch hydro system and the only real thing left is the clutch master which I was trying to avoid till last but I really don't understand why it works fine sometimes and others it does not?

I should also note that you can feel it when shifting fast and the "clunk" of the rear diff almost never happens which indicates that I am correct of my theroy of where the problem is, Also the pill has been removed from the slave cyl as well.
I can get the diff "clunk" on a bone stock car so there is a big problem and I am seriously going to stab myself in the eye if I can't get to the bottom of this

Is there supposed to be a return spring on the clutch pedal? Basically it feels like it won't snap back fast enough.

Problem has to be in the master.
