Build Suggestions-2.4

Im currently having a 2.4 built, should be good to about 650+ to the wheels. Ive got a ported/polished head, double valvesprings, 1mm oversized valves, etc. Right now, its just got an fp green on a ported stock mani, ets 4"fmic, short piping, etc.
Im looking to go with a bigger stock framed turbo after winter, and got to thinking after seeing a thread about compression ratio, how much i could safely run, with e85, or 93 when its not available.
With the current shortblock/head, its got about 8.5 c/r. Could i just have the head milled to reach a certain c/r? How much would give me the safe desired c/r i would be looking for?
Im having valves replaced now, and figured why i had the head off, it would be easy to do this now.
Thanks

Also, i have comp 272's. Is this a decent cam for the build? I wouldnt think it would be worth the price to change to a different brand 272, but i could be wrong.

I chose 9.0:1 for my 4G64 since I'll be running both E85 and California "91 octane" pump gas. You could go a bit higher, but you will be limited on pump gas. That combination on E85 with 10.0:1 CR would be awesome on the street. Not as pump gas friendly though.

Well i live in indiana, and there are plenty of e85 stations around, but since its a daily driver, i want to make sure i will be safe on 93 just in case i have to go out of town, etc.
