High RPM hesitation-HELP!

I have an 06 Evo with these modifications below:
255 Walboro FP
780cc Inj.
BR "green" turbo(29psi)
Exedy Twin Disc
BR Full 3" no cat
Wiseco Pistons
Eagle Rods
ARP Head studs and rod bolts
Gates Timing belt
BR FMIC(Race core)
Upper and Lower Intercooler Piping
Cosworth 272 cams
AEM EMS

A month ago the car was running great and about a week ago i was doing a pull in 4th with slight hesitation between 5000 to 7200, same thing happened in 5th. I have looked at the plugs, thinking maybe a slight misfire in one of the cylinders. They all looked good. Ever since about a week ago it keeps hesitating between those RPMS. It hits full boost and once it does thats when the hesitaion starts. Id would just like to get pointed in the right direction. All help would be appricated and if anyone has any questions please just ask. Thanks

Yep, if you checked the plugs, that's the next culprit.

if thats the case... then you might have a bad boost leak do you have a boost gauge? has it been reading normal boost? if not thats your problem. do a boost leak test
