Apexi SAFCII just installed... WOW!
Chris please forgive the ignorance but...
What exactly did it do to amaze you so much?
What mods have you done?
I see the 23 psi but i am wondering how close to fuel cut your coming. Without some ignition control, larger injectors or cams i dont see how it could be that much of a difference.
I am not trying to be an ***, just trying to get some info.
If anyone else would like to chime in here please do. I would like to know about how this AFC controls the fuel delivery under closed loop operation. Usually it will only "listen" to the O2. I can understand if it was under load, but i will need some clarification. Thanks in advance for your comments.

I first installed the SAFC II with the 3"turbo back. I dont know which one it was or both, but it felt like my mid range(which was the strongest part of the car stock) jumped another 50lbs of TQ. It also started to pull hard at 2,500 RPM, really hard. It was stronger than stock after 5,000 rpm, but still died off some. After I installed the rest of the stage 1 and 2 ( I still have not put on the MBC), WOW it just pulls like crazy all the way to redline. cant wait to get the rest going.

Ok guys, that is my site and it is BRAND NEW and it is not even done. I did everything on that site myself, without anyone elses help so you can see why it is taking me along time to finish it considering i am in college and everything to it is hard to find time. The site is very far from complete and it doesn't have traffic yet because it was just started recently and I have no way of advertising it.
On another note I am not sure why I have noticed such huge gains with the SAFCII but I tell you the butt dyno feels it alot! I have no mods to my fuel system yet except for this one but I imagine once I get it on the dyno and upgrade the injectros, rail, and pump, I will have alot more power!

Yeah I didnt think so, I dont really know what everyone else who has the SAFCII thinks about it but I seriously think this was one mod that was WELL worth it in every way, and I feel the power and that is just with some settings I made up.

A 3 inch Turbo back exhaust is definatley my next mod for the car! I think that with the SAFCII should make an awesome difference!
As far as needing a BOV you really are fine with the stock one until you start turning up boost. Since mine is up at 23psi and the stock one leaks at high psi I figured I should get one. I have a Forge recirc BOV and it is truly awesome. No fluttering, no stalling, nothing! It is barely audible but I swear when I put that BOV in it seemed like the car built boost alot stronger and you can seriously tell the difference with the BOV like in between shifts the boost doesn't drop nearly as much, Its hard to explain but you definatley won't regret getting a BOV, go with Forge since it is made specifically for the Evo.
