When I take a right hand turn going at least 40mph there is a noise from the right front of the car. The noise is a high pitched metal on metal clicking sound. If I take a right hand turn under 40mph, the sound does not exist. And it seems like the sharper I turn the wheel, the more noise that the right front end makes.

Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?
