Intake pipe fittings/bungs

I posted a thread on here a couple of days ago about whether or not I should tap my buschur intake pipe for the ebcs and valve cover (I think pcv?) lines. Based on the responses I got, and my desire to keep the system functioning as it came from the factory, I decided to tap the pipe.

I wanted to find stainless fittings and have them welded to the pipe. I called several local fittings suppliers and couldn't find anything. I ended up having to go with brass. The fittings are currently secured with JB WELD.

On to my question. The fittings stick into the pipe between 1/4 and 3/4 inch. Will this cause any issues with flow in the intake pipe? I don't think it should be much of an issue considering the intake pipe is 3 inches in diameter.
