I used apexi power intake with a heatshield installed, see the picture for a logical concept of the filter does, i'll post a pic when i have my engine pictured with the installation.

But my next project would probably want that filter to be enclosed in a customised CAI box, btw dat ARC looks interesting very nice

i thought you lose horsepower with cone filters, if you still have the stock turbo?

I have the AEM. I love it. I want to get the HKS R.S. since everything else I have is HKS. But I am extremely happy!

damn Foote that site is pretty sweet thanks for that link. I like the look of the HKS RS cone filter setup. I'm sure it's just as good as the others anyway. How hard is it to install?

To be honest, I think all intakes are pretty much the same. Its that I always wanted ARC products. That is why I went with the induction box instead. Not to mention, the induction box is very well made.

ARC is one of the best intakes. I might go w/ that or the Apexi.

I just installed the AEM as well. Sounds cool or rather the turbo sounds cool now that I can hear it sucking in that air. Woooooooosh.

Quick thread-jacking. Did any one play with the compressor wheel just for the hell of it? I did and it seemed to have a little side to side, up and down play. Not a lot mind you, but just wondering if ths is normal.
