HELP! Boost leak?!?

Alright Help please lol I already ask TTP this question but IDK when they'll get back to me. Here is the story:

I was driving around saturday night with some friends and a WRX started reving up to me and down shifting, taking off and slowing down and so and so...

so we took off...it just got done raining a few hours earlier and the street was still a little wet, So I just spun all 4 tires and didnt really move...So I said screw it and just let him go (wasn't really racing, just showing him to back off lol).

well a few minutes later my car started bogging in the 3000-3500 RPM range.. no matter what gear I was in... (Guessing whenever it started hitting boost?)

So we pulled over and I couldn't see any hoses or vac lines outta place or ANYTHING so we turned my boost down and went home...

On the way it got a lot better and didnt really bog...

but now its randomly doing it..same RPM range.. very...very RANDOMY...

Any Idea's =/

-EDIT-

The car is starteing to spudder around the 3000-3500 RMP range through all gears. If I get on it, it just bogs and doesnt move. My boost gauge is reading like 5-10 inHM or whatever at idle and jump VERY randomly when moving...

Im thinking that could be a vac line??

Check hose to the gold fuel pressure regulator and also on the back of in intake manifold under the throttle body are EGR lines that should be on the EGR valve. They sometimes blow off.

My intercooler hose thing going into my throttle used to pop off but my mechanic and i replaced ALL the brackets with racing ones and rec attached all the vac lines and such... and I look with a friend for un hooked lines and couldn't find any...I'll double check where you said

and i was hitting 22 PSI right when i got my car outta the shop.. 2 days ago it was pretty cold and it hit almost 30 PSI...wtf? lol I never even changed anything...
