P0171 and P2195 codes thrown while car idled for a while

So I have read previous threads to this one and have taken them all into account. It sounds like my front O2 might be bad but one thing bothers me.

My car has some issues starting in the morning after its sat overnight. I worked with my tuner to try and resolve it but I kinda gave up since the car runs good in other areas.....when i say problems I mean I have ot let it crank maybe 3 or 4 more seconds then normal for the car to start up.

This morning I started the car up and moved it out of the garage and it died. I started it up again and it revved a little higher then normal and then died. I started it up a third time and it was acting like it was goingto die but I gave it more gas and it idled a little high but didn't die. I noticed it ran a little rougher then normal but thought it was all in my head.

Then this afternoon I parked outside my work building and left the car idling for a few minutes and it threw theses codes on me. I forgot my laptop that I use to tune and pull codes so I drove home gingerly until I could pull the code. I cleared it already so I didn't check the freeze frame info to figure out what fuel trims were but this car has been tuned and not touched for the last month and half. I've driven 650 miles to Orlando and back with no issue.

The motor has about 30k on it and its the original plugs. I've have been debating replacing and possibly even going one step colder on the plugs since I run E85 almost exclusively.

I know it seems the general consensus is that its the tune or a bad o2 sensor but considering the fact that this car has been running perfect for the last few months I wonder if my plugs could have something to do with it.

Its raining now and I have to grocery shopping with the kids so iwas going to look at it tomorrow and take my wifes' is300 tonight.

What do you guys think? I'll take the plugs out and examine tomorrow but if it sounds like the plugs may be possibly bad then I'll just go ahead nad bite the bullet and buy plugs tonight.

2195 is always the primary O2 sensor...thats why it ays "O2 sensor stuck lean" on the description. It isnt that the car is lean necessarily, its just not cycling. I have seen perfectly good O2s go south doing something as simple as an O2 housing swap. Check for a broke wire, anything else that could be causing it. The 0171 is lean code as well, but that is more likely tune related.

New development: only comes on now after I start the car after I clear the code it doesn't come back on and it's only the p0171 code. Looking for oem ngk's today and looking for an oem O2 sensor on the low. I don't think it's the O2 sensor or else the other code would come back on. Also the tune was fine for 2-3 months so I have a hard time thinking it's that as well. Still think it's the O2?

Bump....smurf, what was the solution to your p0171 problem? I am getting the same code at idle, car wont cold start for crap, and at idle my wideband reads offscale lean.
