well. like i said before i got my car back from the shop bc my 4th gear was stuck in fourth gear. anyways, when i got it back, the car seems to go over the usual boost limit ( 1.5 bar or 21 psi.) not exactly sure how far it goes. but when i try to adjust the boost control ( which is a cheap one or man made) it seems like its not decreasing boost. i turned both ways. I checked the manaul boost controller and vaccum lines, but it all seems to be right, but its just that the boost is still the same.

on top of that. when i got past for example ( 23 or 25 psi) it would feel like it would kind of hold back the boost slowly. but it would also feel and look like that boost is tapping. or something like that.

i got a hallman mbc coming in soon, maybe tomorrow, but anybody got any suggestions about this situation or something that could be wrong?
