VP Imports vs Q16? Anyone made a back to back dyno test?

Do they need the same volume/pressure?

which is better?

Import will make more power due to it's higher octane. I think import is over 120 octane. They are both oxygenated leaded fuels. Import will make more power since you can run more boost and timing with a higher octane but how much exactly would depend on your set up. On a 35r car i think it would be marginal. On something a little larger like a 6765 or 42r that little extra timing and boost would make a larger improvement to warrant running import over Q

cool

Anyone did a dyno/track test on vp imports vs Q16?

I have 2 modified walbros and -8 fuel lines and I want to know if its enough to support VP imports?

it will be able to support vp and q16. its not like runing e85 where it requires more fuel. vp and Q are both just a leaded gas just vp is higher octane.

Mate I think you fine to run either.

Don't forget tuning on both fuels you run leaner probably closer to 12:1 I think. As previously mentioned it's not like e85 that you need massive amounts of fuel to run high boost.

In addtion if I am not mistaken import is mega expensive like 100 dollars plus for a 5 gallon drum when q16 is closer to c16 money around 75 I think...

VP import obviously gonna make more power but for the price it costs.. its not even worth it in my opinion. Why not try a mix of e85/q16?

import will make more power but require more fuel, example... higher IDC
