Smile list of Problems. HELP!

I dont wanna make this a TLDR thread so i am just going to list them

1. Since the day i got my car with 25k on it, its been making this Deep droning WaaaaaaaaaWaaaaaaaaaa noise in the back of the car at all speeds

2. It Recently started getting vibrations in the wheel above 60 and harder when breaking

3. It's started kind of hopping or knocking when ever i make a hard turn or u-turn, i thought it was my tires rubbing because i got new rims and the wrong size tire but i put the stockers back on and it still does it.

4. i got my head redone and now its running rich, i also got a new intercooler put on but the mechanic said it was the new head that was making it rich (im thinking he just didnt want to put my stock intercooler back on)

Also how much does it cost to get cams put in because i have kelfords but there the old core that had that recall and which ones should i get for the best topend

Kelfords, injen intake, ETS 3inch intercooler, and Greddy Ti-C

And i am assuming i am running rich because when i turn on the car it smells like gas at every speed and b4 i got the intercooler and the head redone it didn't smell like that at all

i have had kelfords for over 20k i just had to get the head redone for another reason

Do a boost leak test. With the new intercooler, and other work in the engine bay, something could be loose, and this could cause you to run rich. Like was said above, rotors are likely warped. When was the last time you changed your fluids? Change the rear end fluid and see if this helps the rear end noise. Take the car to an alignment/suspension shop, and have everything looked over, as something could be out of balance, or you could have something wrong with the axles if its making that sound and popping, etc.
