Vent to atmosphere bov? or recirculation bov? a VTA may have some stumbling problems when lifting off the throttle, but nothing changing your driving style cant compensate for.

don't know why that would be funny...but either way. the evo's maf sensor meters all the air that passes through it. if say your bov is venting the air to atmosphere, that in turn results in basically a leak in the intake tract. the ecu still thinks there is x amount of air going in, but is untrue as some of it is being released by the bov. it seems some people are able to run the bov vta w/o any problems...while others are having problems even with recirculating ones. another example of mitsubishi's inconsistent build quality i suppose?
