Intake change require new tune?

I currently have an ETS intake and the car is tuned however I am not thrilled with the idle. I am planning to get the AEM counterpart, would I need a retune or would the current tune suffice? Please advise. Thanks.

The current tune would *probably* be fine, but to be 100% safe and take advantage of the new intake a retune, or at least a quick touch-up, would be a smart idea. At the very least log your car after swapping intakes to make sure everything looks good.

Depends on if the car was tuned around the intake. The ETS doesnt affect the WOT portions like some intakes will (HKS, ARC, etc.) but the idle and cruise stuff is tunable as in you can make it better if your tuner is worth much

Thanks for all the replies, I think I will wait to put the AEM on.
