WGA damaged?

Bought a used 9 turbo off a member here...WGA was a little dinged up from shipping damage. How much damage can these things take and still be functional? The nipple is bent off to the side and there is a dent right on top. there are no holes or anything, and even tho the nipple is bent, i can see that it is open all the way inside. here take a look...

I can get one used for cheap to be safe but id rather not if it isnt necessary

hook it up to the turbo... if the wastegate doesnt open, you will know in an instant! its an easy install, imo test it rather than just asking... ive seen worse, but from other peoples idiocracy... as long as the bypass regulator valve is in tact, you should be alright...
