little hole in downpipe

so i bought a used downpipe and theres a little hole in middle of the pipe before the first bend off the turbo side of the pipe. it looks to small for any type of o2 sensor and there are no threds and it looks like it was put there on purpose because its centerd and perfect.
what is this for? should i just plug it?

i would have guessed wideband but if it has no threads thats just weird i dont know.

Its probably a EGT sensor bung.

Some DPs have a bung there for a EGT sensor, even though most people install the EGT sensor pre-turbo, not post-turbo.
