power lost

To make along story short. My timing belt tensioner was bad and I didn't know that. I was having some fun and the timing jumped and I bent two intake valves. So I had two new ones put in but I doubt think that place that did the work did the three angle valve job on them to mach the other ones. Me and shane at db performance were I got my car dyno tuned. Were thinking that there might still be some bent valves or a bad valves guide. Because there was some oil on the number one cylinder and the other three cylinder look good.

The car run's way better then what it did. It put down 330 to the wheels at 23lbs. Shane was telling me that it STILL A 130 to 150 hp off of what it should be with my set up. It just stop making power even with more boost so that's why we think it the head this was a week ago. I did a compression and leak down tests to day and it was good on all 4 cylinder. Now I still need to do a boost leak test. Iam still at a lost on why I am so far off on power for my set up. Would a bad turbo do this or a bad wastegate spring or BOV spring.
