New Tial 44mm MVS Wastegate and Recirc Valve
Here are some photos of the new TAIL 44MM MV-R Wastegate. It is overall shorted and can be water cooled. Also a photo of the new recirc valve.

I believe he is wondering what the purpose of the water cooling is, and although it was thoroughly explained to me at PRI I'll let Tial respond with the details lol. Essentially it is provisioned so that it can be water cooled if so desired. I would imagine this would be beneficial in extreme conditions for prolonged use, like road racing...

water cooling is for road racing, where the top sits too close to the turbine housing/manifold, if you are doing a lot of drafting behind cars while racing or you don't have any airflow around the turbo setup
running the water cooling is not required
it's not needed for normal daily driving or drag racing.
and yes, we patented this water cooling method
