BR EVO8-9, 84 mm MAF pipe for the FP Red and Black!

Finally! It was extremely difficult to get this simple pipe built but it is done finally.

I wanted to release a MAF pipe that was ideal for the new RED and Black 84mm inlet compressor covers.

These new MAF pipes are made of aluminum and measure 84 mm. They are a PERFECT match for the factory MAF sensor, no more stepping it up or down in size and they are also a perfect match to the FP Black cover.

The kit will come with the MAF pipe in either brushed aluminum as pictured or we can do them in gloss or wrinkle black powder coating. They can also be ordered with or without the BOV return. We can also supply this as a kit for speed density with a K&N Filter.

For now here is the MAF pipe only:

A word of warning. We were able to source very little 84 mm tubing to have these built, we bough all that we could find in the USA or Canada. I have 25 of these built and that is more than likely going to be all of them we can produce.

They will be $199 for the pipe kit with couplings and clamps.

Here is a link to our store to order:

Dave, do you have back to back dyno results of this 3.3inch intake pipe vs a traditional 3inch?

No dyno testing yet. First one was fit on the car pictured. There has to be an increase in power and the effect on the MAF should be great since the turbulence should be cut to basically zero with the tubing the same size as the MAF and turbo.

Yes, we will make the kit for speed density longer on request, good point.

No trade in option, sorry. There is a very good market for used parts made by us though, you shouldn't have a problem selling it.

The MAF pipe and filter for speed density is $245.

So the old one is 3" and this one is 3.3"? Is the MAF 3.3"?

Does anyone have pics of the SD pipe? I wanted to see how long it was and how far it put the filter up.
