Upgrading the pistons and rods
If I mess with the bigger upgrade of the piston and rods such as HKS, Tomei or CP Pistons and Carrillo Rods. How would that effect the internals of engine in regard to the California Smog Test requirements? I have many modifications on my Evo such as Cosworth Cams, Cosworth Valvetrain Kit, ARP Head Bolts,HKS Down Pipe, KOYO Radiator 53MM, Greedy Head Gasket, AEM Intake, HKS Blow OFF Valve, HKS Boost Controller just to name a few.
