Thanks Dave.
Are there any advice one specifically Redline GL-4 (MTL) vs GL-5 (75w-90) for an evo 8 transmission? Those are the only two Redline fluids available at my parts store . As a side note, I will be replacing tc and rear diff with diaqueen lsd.
Thanks in advance for any input.

FWIW here's a bit of info i got from Redline when querying which of their fluids to use for my tranny and diffs:

"The ShockProof gear oils are very unique products and as such wouldn't be recommended in most street applications. They contain a friction modifier so can be too slippery for the synchros, also the low temperature/cold flow characteristics would be better with some of our other products. "

I ended up going with Redline MT90 for the tranny and Redline 75w90 for the rear diff.

GL-4 for the tranny, GL-5 for the t-case and rear diff for the VIIIs but with redline most people use MT-90 for the tranny.

Diaqueen is not 126 unless you by the 6 speed specific tranny fluid and thats way expensive even for that.

Diaqueen LSD SAE 90 = $39 from mitsubishiparts.net

All I will ever put in my TC and rear Diff which are both stock 120k miles

I have only ever used Pensoil Syncromesh in the trans and that's stock too FWIW
