Can figure out what's causing this knock (video)

Hey everyone,
Ive got this knocking noise either coming from my transmission or the Engine itself. It seems to knock when I let my foot off the throttle at around 2k RPM.
Could this be a bad engine mount?
Possibly a rod knock?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Wow, hope you get that sorted out. That would drive me crazy. It almost sounds hollow like someone hitting a body panel. Maybe you should let the person out of your trunk... Sorry I couldn't help more.

Have you been under the car yet? Jack up the car and look for loose bolts/mounts. This could be something insignificant or important.

I let the person out a while ago so that's ruled out haha.

So there's no way it could be a rod knock. Whew..

Got a couple people telling me it's possibly a bad mount.

Breaking seems to actually slow the knocking down. It seems to knock more upon deceleration.

I'll be getting under the car once it stops raining, but in the meantime.. anymore suggestions?
I'd like to get as many suggestions as possible so I can go in and tackle this more efficiently.

Drive shaft U joint or possibly bad axle. I highly doubt its a mount, but pop the hood and put the car in 1st gear, then with the e brake off have someone help you rock the car back and forth. Pay attention to how much the engine moves when you rock it.
