EGR failing at 33k?

so im throwing a check engine for EGR. ive checked my vacuum lines and everyting is hooked up correctly, has anyone had problems with the EGR failing at 33,xxx miles?

if you need a mod list mods are 2.3l stroker, 35r, ported head, ported intake mani, 65mm throttle body, fp4r cams and other stuff

is it possible im flowing more exhaust from the stroked motor and the EGR is reading too much or is possibly clogged?

what code are you getting? its pretty hard to see the vac lines, they have several connections that like to come apart, the most common ones are right at the valve itself. i know you said you checked them but it wouldn't hurt to double check them.

yeah ive double checked everything, i pulled the EGR off a few min ago, and trying to clean it out, but it dosnt seem clogged. im not too firmiliar with how EGRs work, but isnt the diaphragm in the middle supposed to move a little bit?
