o2 housing problem, please help...

It took the whole weekend but I got my maperformance o2 housing installed. Now it looks like it may be leaking from the bolt hole closest to the radiator, its tight, thought it may be wd40 but its been smoking for like twenty minutes. Any ideas would really help me out, thanks

Yeah I did, honestly I don't think people give this mod enough credit. I have only drove it once and I even turned the boost down to 19 psi, but it pulls much harder and a bit quicker and sounds great. Getting started tuning so ill let you guys know if it actually makes more power or not. So you think the smoke is wd40 not exhaust?

DId you use regular anti-seize on the threads? When I put the new exhaust on mine a few years ago it smoked for a while because I put to much on. Take it for a decent drive and then come back and check it out.

I took mine for a 30 minute drive after words cycling it hot and hotter. When I got back it still has slight wisps of smoke coming off of it.

There is usually some burn off that can last for a while, do you hear any ticking coming from that area? I can't say we've ever had a problem with one of these units not sealing properly...

No under tray on, no ticking just the loud fuel injectors. I made sure to do a star pattern when tightening the housing, guess time will tell...
