Go for the Lower Pipe. You will gain around 12-18whp as well as better throttle response.

Thanks,

Michael

I'd vote for LICP too, but it looks like you're already there. On a side note, congrats on getting a bonus in this economy! That is unless you work for AIG.

Do Sparktech COP after the LICP. New parts, better fit and finish, longer warranty.

LICP, You dont need a COP. There was a guy here that had a 900AWHP EVO VIII all he had was a HKS DLI on a stock igniton and colder plugs! The pipe is well worth it!

^as most suggestions about specific vendors, opinionated at best. ^
LICP, makes the most sense in-line with what you are trying to do within budget. Good Luck

In my opinion, I would buy the ETS LICP and a ETS intercooler before the COP.

Once you pull off the stock LICP and compare it to one like the ETS (I have one), it's easy to see why replacing the stock unit is one of the first reccomended upgrades. It has some small choke points.

I'd say LICP first! Can't skimp on the basics.

Those are facts, dood.

- SpoolinUp doesn't currently have kits with all new parts, Sparktech does.
- SpoolinUp has a one year warranty, Sparktech has a two year warranty.
- Sparktech fits under the stock plug cover, SpoolinUp doesn't.

However, the difference I didn't note is Sparktech is twice the price. Another fact and one which weighs heavily into some people's decision.

If I blindly said "Sparktech is better" or "Sparktech is prettier" or "makes more power" etc, then that would be opinionated.
