FT = Fuel Trims you have LTFT and STFT
Long Term Fuel Trims
Short Term Fuel Trims
in evoscan your LTFT should be under +/- 5% the fuel trim is how much fuel your ecu is adding or removing in order to achieve 14.7 afr. when your stft is bouncing around like crazy the ecu attempts to stabilize the afr by making a long term change the ECUs LTFT which is what some refer to as "learning". by looking at your stft and ltft you can determine if the car is being under fueled or over fueled which could be your injector latencies or flow rate (in ecuflash) or a mechanical issue with the injectors.

-12.4496 is not a great fuel trim but if i am reading this correctly 12.4496 is your fuel trim MID which has nothing to do with your idle, the fuel trim mid is only for cruising. your ltft low looks good it doesn't seem like its over fueling, seems like a mechanical issue to me but thats my humble opinion
