The only Titan shop that I know of in the import scene is Titan Motorsports out of Orlando, FL.

I highly doubt they make compressor covers for Mitsubishi turbochargers. What you saw on eBay was most likely some China company that slapped on a logo to look legit. I would definitely stay away from buying anything off eBay.
