Help, having problem with car, thanks

I have a 2006 ix Mr with the following modification,

Downpipe
Intake cone filter
Greddy Type S bov (also have stock 9 bov if need be swapping out)
HKS hi power cat-back exhaust.

the problem i am having started today, i was accelerating onto the highway and in 4th gear and when i hit 4500 rpm the car started jerking real bad. then drove fine at 3000rpm in 6th gear, when i got off the highway i accelerate again in 5th, as soon as i hit 4500rpm or higher it jerks real bad again, stops then jerks again. Would this be a bov not holding pressure? or a bigger problem, if anyone knows please help me out, i really dont want to have to spend 4 hours at mitsu to see if they can fix this under warranty. thanks

Did you ever get tuned for your mods? Also, how long have you been running on your current spark plugs. When I had my IX MR, this would also do this and the plugs were the first thing I checked.

No tune, been running the mods for over 10,000 miles and no problem until today, and i dont know whats going on with the spark plugs but they will be replaced at 45,000 miles unless thats what is causing the jerking then i will replace them now

Very common problem with evos but it sounds like you have a eg and not a bov, is that correct?
