I will check them out tomorrow. There are alot of people who carry HKS stuff, just trying to find someone who has the GDmax clutch in stock because HKS is out of stock for 30-45 more days.

I just placed my order for a GD Max clutch with www.emr-power.com the only downside is that it'll be 4 weeks before I see it... Their prices are unbeatable and that's no lie. I got such a good deal I went ahead a placed my order evn though I'm not going to need a clutch for a while... 6000+ miles and my stock clutch is still hangging on.

why gd max? cusco has more features and has carbon disks and boost-solutions had 3 in stock! they are the only clutch that will let one disk spil and one disk grap putting less stress on the tranny for launches, cusco seems to be the top of the market in clutches if ya ask me or do some research

GDmax is alot less expensive and will hold the power just as well as the Cusco. There is nothing wrong with the Cusco except the price. I would like to have one.

well you get what you pay for id rather spend 1540 from boost-solutions and get the cusco with carbon disks that last longer then to het a gd max and have to change the clutch out again

What makes you think the Cusco will outlast the GDmax? Do you have experience with both products?

I dont think he has any experience with clutches. One disc slip and one disc grab? WTF!! That's impossible! Both discs ride on the tranny input shaft therefore turning at the same rate and grabbing at the same rate. The CUsco also uses the ****ty stock design clip for the pressure plate . More features? How's about carbon doesn't grab well when cold. I guess that's why you will get slipage

Does the HKS GDmax use the same stock design for the clip for the pressure plate also?

No, it uses a totally different and stronger clip that will not let go.
