Well after I figured out my overheating issue, a new issue popped up. The car won't start all the time. Basically when the key is turned, the car sound's like the battery is dead or dying. Fully charged batter and a jumper it still does the same thing. I saw smoke coming from under the hood and assumed it was the starter. Look closer and find this.



It looks like a ground as it goes to a bolt in the head, but where does it go before I start pulling the wiring loom apart? Anyone know? Trying to get the car back in shape.
