So I have a stage 2 ACT clutch and a stock Viii flywheel that I got not too long ago... My Evo Viii is basically stock with exhaust...I barely get on my car... Well today I decide to push it a little and notice when I shift into 5th ckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk. Seriously what the hell? I have a brand new clutch and flywheel that are broken in... I have read about syncro problems?

Somebody please help me....

 

very well know in this tranny,,, there is a mitsu TSB to to double syncros in 5th,, Shep trans also does double syncro there.

5th is the highest gear therfore is the one to get the least lubrication,, thats why a good fluid that clings to metal is important
