Anyone know if a Miata battery will fit in this tray? The tray looks really nice but I'm scared to go with a really small battery due to my car being a daily driver that I rely on.

Probably not. However, Nisei does make other sized battery trays that are more universal. I don't think it's really advertised.

You have a little Misinformation on your BRAND B unit.. it clearly says on that Vendors website..

"PLEASE NOTE: THIS PRODUCT WILL NOW WORK WITH THE STOCK AIRBOX."

Ive Installed dozens of these without the dramatic issues stated in this writeup..

^^^ I'm sensing some hostility Mr. Buschur. Haha. Your battery tray may not be as pretty as others, but it looks like you build a pretty well thoughtout unit.

This is a nice billet piece that was probably made by some 12 year old Chinese kid making $0.05 per day. I'll keep my Buschur Racing battery tray which will keep good hard working Americans in business.

I will also only support vendors that support us by designing new parts and helping the consumer go faster. Companies like Maxum Technology are just here to peddle their product. My guess is Jed doesn't even know what its like to drive an Evo.

+1.. Made in the USA..

As for the OP if you wouldnt have made a thread comparing a product to yours to try and promote it you wouldnt have this type of trouble.. Once you brought in Brand A & B you open the door for everyone to chime in who Supports BR.. Making false statements about a product to promote your own is not taken kindly IMO..

its only AFAYK since the contact info is an Email addy only which is so typical.. Sometimes its nice to get a live person on the phone when you buy a product isnt it??
