Highest horsepower stock block evo

So I've searched for a while now and I can't seem to find a answer. What is the highest horsepower stock block evo 8/9 on just plain 93/94 pump gas? I think I might have the record (495 wheel on 93 pump) but I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appriceated.

I believe ETS is well over 500 on their X with pump. 700 or so I believe w/ C16. I'll go check. Nice power by the way!

Of course maybe you just mean the 4G63...sorry

Chris at GVautosport made over 500whp on 93 on his stock IX engine a year ago or so. I'm sure there are others who've cracked the 500whp mark on pump with stock internals as well.

Well IMO it depends on the dyno.....so unless you get 2 cars on the same dyno and compare, its really a moot point.

a better record would be 1/4 mile time on stock block. no variances there

I really dont understand the point to having the highest horsepower stock block evo...the 4G63 is a stout little motor however this always ends the same. What you should really be shooting for is the record for longest time on stock block without blowing a hole out the side.

Actually I'm shooting for 9s on pump. But I guess we will see what she can do. I already know that eventally she will pop. Just hoping I can put some great times down before hand. Guess we will see

As people have said before. I find it so pointless for people to put all this money into parts, only to keep the bottom end stock (to see what she can do)......why not just build it and have reliable horsepower??? the motor will pop, its just only a matter of time.

My Evo on stock IX block AMS 35R on pump gas 93 on buschur's Mustang Dyno made 498 @ 30psi --- but for sure there are a few people making close to 600 on stock block but doesn't mean that it will last

I totally agree. But let me give you my own example, I live half the way around the world. (see location) To get my engine built, my best option is to pay for the core rather than shipping it - that wud be insane!

So, to get it going.. ill just try seeing whats the limit and when it pops... ill just be happier to go for a built engine

i know the motor will pop, thats not a issue on my mind. if i can grab a few records on a stock block it will be worth it in my mind. my personal goal is a 9 on 93 pump. is it gonna happen? i have no clue, it sure would be nice if it did thou. but im already throwing money aside for a nice block when this one gives up the ghost.
