If I were you, I'd get in touch with Mellon Tuning. I have nothing against Big Al, but when you have a great tuner in your state, why not use them?

I have had this flash since 2005. It makes more torque down low (good for autocross) but still runs rich up top. I paid less than $100 and it was worth it. It is not as good as a custom tune, but has been safe. I've done a full hillclimbs as the pace car with passengers and nothing's melted. It is good for what it is.

I do plan on getting a custom tune after I get around to bolting on the 10.5 hotside and O2 housing. Then I should stop sooting up the back of my bumper.

^ Yes. Every part you add will have some effect on your tune, so its best to get everything you want and then get tuned.

I've been on a dynoflash mail in for about a month. Pretty good even for being half a country away. I will be going to my in state tuner ams once I get parts on the car.

Al had a great deal going on, could'nt pass it up.
