is this HP right?

heres the situation, ive got an 05 evo 8 and i dynoed 350 whp and 326 tq. a scoobie fanboy is telling me that there is no way that an evo would put out this hp with my mods. it was dynoed on a dynojet dyno, and tuned by batlground in ATL. he's saying that an evo with these mods cant make this power on a heartbreaker (dyno dynamics) dyno. am i the crazy one?

Mods are 3" catless TBE, injen intake and intercooler piping, 850 cc inj, 255 lph walbro, 10.5 hotside, 272/272 gsc cams, supertech springs and retainers, hallman mbc, and im boosting 24 lbs at 11.5 afr all the way through.

Tell the scoobie guy he's a dumbass, I made 372hp and 394tq. Granted I was on meth at 30 psi but mine was with hks 272s. I can see you making that power on a semi aggressive tune. I was on a dynojet.

Yes, your HP is right. Your TQ seems a little low but, not much.

Your horsepower is right where it should be for your mods. Subby's dont make power like evo's. Tell him to line up next to you and he will become a believer. BTW, you should sign up on evoatlanta too.

dyno dynamics read low like a mustang dyno, but you said u dynoed on a dynojet right? maybe he thought you meant u were dynoed on a dyno dynamics. And everyone is dead on about subies making less modded.

I agree, your horsepower is right in line where it should be...I made 344hp 339tq on a dyno jet with 23psi and minus the 272's (I had 264's)

Power is spot on. I was at 336/335 with just an mbc, intake, cutout, o2 housing. Stock ic piping..stock ic...no fuel mods..no cams and stock turbo on 93.

With that boost and your mods you are where you need to be.. My best rfiend has a Subbie and its true they don't make any where near the power Evo's make mod for mod. On top of that their tranny's are very weak and can't handle much more than 400whp/wtq. I do love the way they sound though!

Your friend needs to buy a real car first before talking mess.

A Dyno Dynamics dyno can be set to read as low as a mustang or just like a Dynojet. Either way it doesn't matter you would be making 292 on a Dyno Dynamics set at 1.0 CF. At 350 hp I can't tell you what your 1320 would be but you should trap around 110-115 depending on weight and the run
