Lightbulb Highest whp for a 9.8 hotside powered evo with a stock block on pump gas?

Just like the title says. Whats the highest whp that you have heard, made, or tuned on a 9.8 hotside powered evo with stock block on pump gas? Please list your mods, psi, octane, and type of dyno. Dyno sheets are optional. Thanks in advance.

Just to show you how much dyno's read differently........ Duby ran a 11.9 @ 114 with 356/382, to where I ran a 11.0 @ 125 with 356/356.

Comparing dyno numbers is impossible.

That depends, is the car yellow or green? If it's black then all bets are off. :P

putting all these stipulations on a 'record' is silly. If it's making good power, be happy! If not, figure out why and make it better

I want to know who made the most with the original wiper blades!

I'm just teasing, I'm just as guilty of doing the stock ecu/mas thing

I'm working on running a high 10 on the stock turbo with the 9.8 hotside. I'm trying something new. It'll be about a month before I get it to the track.

Thanks for the replies. There are so many "record for blank" threads out there so I figured i would post this one too. Its amazing how stock turbo power has evolved over the years. I read threads and magazines from 2003 and 2004 and its amazing the mods that people thought were needed to make 350whp, 400whp, etc. Im fully aware of trap times and etc but thats not what Im asking.

CBRD tuned a car for me yesterday. was an 03 viii with TBE MBC ebay FMIC and hks intake and cams. The car was purchased at an auto auction about a month ago and was sold to this poor guy as a *Turbo Trix * built EVO haha. I was going over it for him and logged 13 counts just after spoolup. I advised him to get retuned so I boost leak tested it changed the plugs and oil and brought her to CBRD.

It made an impressive 320 whp 300 wtq on a mustang dyno. Thats nothing to turn your noise up at considering its the 9.8 with stock piping stock o2......
