MR Drivetrain fluids suggestions?

Need to change my drivetrain, and wonder what people use for their 6sp transmission.

For my old 5spd
- 3qt Redline MT90 - Tranny
- 1qt Redline Heavy Weight Shock - Front Diff
- 1qt Redline 75-90 - Read Diff

Is the 6spd any different, or can I use the same fluids setup as I did before?

Thanks

i have used oem diaqueen, castrol sold by milspec & amsoil. i like the last 2 better that oem. castrol seems to make the shifts the smoothest but gets a bit sticky when mileage gets above 12k miles. amsoil seems good during trackdays but the shifting is a bit notchy when you are warming the engine up. for now i'am sticking with amsoil. hope this helps.

I agree with above. I have used them all besides the Castrol. This includes Diaqueen, Amsoil, REdline. I like Amsoil the best as well. Mine isn't notchy but you will notice it gets better as it gets hotter.

I just changed all of my driveline fluids on my IX MR (transmission, transfer case, rear diff), and I used the Mitsubishi recommended fluids.

Diaqueen Super Multi Gear 75W-85 M/T fluid for the 6-speed
Diaqueen LSD Fluid for the transfer case and rear diff

I plan on changing fluids every 10K miles for this street-driven car. Cheap insurance, and changing the fluids was simple.

the maintenance manual only calls for the fluid to be changed every 30k. levels should be checked every 15k, and topped off if needed. 10k seems like over kill.
