idle issue

I would like to first state that i did search and if someone knows of a thread please link it. Ok so i bought my car and drove it home today. When i start it up it idles fine just sitting there. When i am driving though it bogs out and stalls when i push the clutch in to stop. (ie. i pulled up to the toll booth and it stalled while i was waiting for change). Now the car does have cams so i know this can cause idle issues but is that the problem if it idles fine on start up? Also this is my first turbo'd car that has power ( first car was an rsx type-s). Is it just that i need to get used to it?

Thanks for any help and I hope this is the right section if not let me know and move it.

What are your mods?

Check your plugs and check for vacuum leaks
