Well I just installed my Shep tranny yesterday. I thought I'd start a thread to see how many of us hate the pendulum mount (rear on transmission, left side of car. It bolts to the subframe)

I know I hate it lol. I used a lift, and removed the subframe. This mount, which is easy to remove it (as far as subframe removal is concerned), but getting it in straight, lol. That is fun.

OT
This was my second time removing an evo transmission. From start to finish ~8.5 hours. From putting it on the lift, R&R subframe, trans/transfer to filling the trans and transfer to bleeding the power steering system, bleeding the ACD and torquing the wheels.

It took less than three weeks for me to buy a used transmission from Ricky@TOPLEVEL and receiving it from Sheptrans. Thanks to Trevor and John for great customer service.
