Fastest way to check timing?

I am not changing the timing belt because it was recently changed but I am installing a used motor on my car and I want to make sure the timing is set right (and also that I didn't mess it up during the cam install).

I have the engine out of the car so it should be pretty easy to get to everything. Whats the best/fastest way just to check?

Having the motor on a stand is the quick part. Other than that, do what everyone does.
