Yes, it will fit, but it will be about 2-3" too long, though.

I had an Evo VII catback on my VIII, and it was short. I still rocked it because it was hidden behind the bumper. In your case, you can either leave it sticking out like a stinger, or you can get a couple of inches chopped out in front of the muffler and have it welded back together.

I just noticed that you said "turbo-back". I can't vouch for the downpipe or test pipe. Only that I had an Evo VII cat-back on my VIII. Those two pieces "should" be the same as I don't think there was much difference upfront between the VII's and VIIIs (pre-'05/ACD).

I hope it works out for you.

If your Evo VII has an RS style rear diff ( non AYC ) like the USDM cars it will be fine , but if the EVO has an AYC diff the exhaust from an VIII whitout AYC will not clear the AYC pump on the rear of the car.

Thanks everyone its more likely spending some more money after buying EVO 8 9 exhaust, It is cheaper to buy a EVO VII exhaust spending bit more than buying a cheaper EVO 8 9 and working it out to match evo 7.

Thanks for all updates
